So What Do You Get With Our Property Management?

• Key Holding: A set of complete house keys will be held with Terrasur Homes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. This set of keys is aside from any other sets that are used for any visitors (paid or otherwise).
• Monthly Visit: Providing the property is not in use, Terrasur will visit the property, open the windows, flush the water closets, check for leaks, damage, replacement bulbs etc., and inspect the property in general. If anything needs replacing or repairing, we notify you of any potential costs before we proceed. This is done on an ad-hoc basis.
• Complimentary Free Clean: Once per year, we will clean your property from top to bottom including laundry. You simply tell us when you need it doing, and consider it done.
• Outsourced Work: In the event you are having internal works on the property, whether it be planned and designed or due to general upkeep, Terrasur will monitor the process and keep you informed accordingly.
• Personal Use: If you or direct family / friends are using the property and need keys or the property to be aired before arrival then we will happily liaise with you to make this happen.
• Personal Service: If you need any advice on living here in Spain, regardless of subject, we are here to help you. Should you require the services of a third party (constructor, decorators, furniture suppliers etc) we will gladly arrange quotes for you and liaise with the supplier through to completion.

The normal cost of this service is €675 + IVA (21%) per annum (based on a two bedroom apartment between Marbella and Estepona)
