Like most properties, to enjoy the views you have to be elevated somewhat and Valley Homes is no exception. The good news is that in just a few minutes in the car you can be in the heart of Estepona, one of the most upcoming and popular tourist towns on the coast.

There are as you expect, dozens of bars, restaurants, and chiringuitos (restaurants on the beach…literally) where you can enjoy the fresh fish and a fine glass of local vino.

The beaches of the Costa del Sol run more or less uninterrupted along the entire coast so the choices of where you can get sand between your toes in endless, but if you are real beach aficionado then some of the most beautiful beaches that Europe has to offer heading west toward Gibraltar and the sandy shores of Tarifa (home of the windsurfer and the kite surfer)…about a 40 minute drive

From Malaga airport, taking the fastest route along the toll road, and sticking to the speed limit, you can be parking your car in 60-70 minutes. It’s a journey that you only take once, in the beginning, and once at the end so it really is not a big drive. It is an easy route but for the more adventurous amongst you can take the A7 coast road that drives along the coastline passing all the small towns and villages on the coast.
It’s a bit more interesting, but there is a lot more traffic but you can save a bit of cash, as there is no toll to pay. Valley Homes in Estepona has the advantage of being closer to Gibraltar airport, which, if you can get decent flights, can be reached in 30 minutes traffic permitting. Marbella town centre is 25 minutes by car and Puerto Banus can be reached in less than 20 minutes.
