We merely intent to provide an independent and honest review of available new build properties on the New Golden Mile in Estepona.

Next to that, new developments on the Costa del Sol are often shared sales initiatives. This means that developers cooperate with local real estate agencies to sell their properties. The prices of these properties are fixed (pre-determined) by the designated developer. As a result, clients can never overpay for new properties, and in case people buy properties through their preferred real estate partner, the agency in question is commissioned by the developer. This will never in any way affect the final listing price of a new build property.

Mortgage in Spain

Acquiring a mortgage in Spain does not have to be difficult. The amount a bank is willing to provide is based on the valuation or purchase price of the property, and depends on the bank’s conditions. In general, 60-80% of the value can be borrowed on private real estate, depending on the residential status of the applicant and the purpose of the purchase. For rural and commercial real estate, in general only 50% financing is possible.
