I retired a couple of months ago from the USA to Estepona. Radical change in every sense. One of my priorities was to find a good place to live that fit my needs and budget. I found that help with this company and especially with Marisa. Her kindness and ability to answer all my questions were essential. Today I am installed in a beautiful apartment where not only do I have everything I need, I also feel safe. The entire rental process was simple and explained in detail. “I was introduced to TerraSur Homes by a friend of mine who lives in Spain and knew that I was looking to buy a holiday home.
It can be quite daunting buying a property in a foreign country, so having someone there to help and guide you is invaluable. Even before arriving in Spain I had given Marise an idea of what I was looking for so that she could start her search.
If you have tried looking for a property in Spain you will notice that many agencies list the same properties, so having someone else to search in the right place for you saves a lot of time!
After arriving in Spain, we went to see several properties, and to areas that I hadn’t been to before or even considered. Again, local knowledge is key. Most importantly, Marise listened to me and didn’t take me to unsuitable properties just to get a sale.
Having found the right apartment, I let Marise negotiate on my behalf with the Spanish Agent who was selling the property on behalf of a Spanish vendor. This is great when you don’t speak a foreign language.
The whole experience was totally hassle free!

We have been dealing with TerraSur for so many years and in particular Mrs. Marise, which we consider her as a close family friend. She really enjoys what she is doing and that can be easily seen from her positive attitude, being reliable, patient, hard working with always a smile on her face, trying her best effort to please us and most important she knows what is she doing. She guides us to make a good decision, get the best deal in the area and gave us advice on lawyers, auditors, mortgages, insurance, engineering office, contractors, interior designers…etc.
She always goes the extra mile and maintains a very good relationship with her clients. Despite our difficult requirements she was never upset or tired and takes it as a challenge to achieve the target.
TerraSur also provides property management and long/short term lease in a very professional way with minimum issues and cost due to the good management system, screening and close monitoring.
One final word we have dealt with so many real estate agents but she is the best by far and now we consider her as an advisor and negotiate deals on our behalf when we are out of country.

It is our great pleasure to recommend TerraSur Homes as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home. We came from the Gold Coast in Australia and were looking for a three bedroom apartment in a calm environment.
Marise had an initial call with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs as well as our budgetary limitations. She quickly found us a variety of homes for sale in the adequate areas. She did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs.
She also led the price negotiations and came up with perfect deal that was good for us and made the seller happy as well.
