We have been dealing with TerraSur for so many years and in particular Mrs. Marise, which we consider her as a close family friend. “I was introduced to TerraSur Homes by a friend of mine who lives in Spain and knew that I was looking to buy a holiday home.
It can be quite daunting buying a property in a foreign country, so having someone there to help and guide you is invaluable. Even before arriving in Spain I had given Marise an idea of what I was looking for so that she could start her search.
If you have tried looking for a property in Spain you will notice that many agencies list the same properties, so having someone else to search in the right place for you saves a lot of time!
After arriving in Spain, we went to see several properties, and to areas that I hadn’t been to before or even considered. Again, local knowledge is key. Most importantly, Marise listened to me and didn’t take me to unsuitable properties just to get a sale.
Having found the right apartment, I let Marise negotiate on my behalf with the Spanish Agent who was selling the property on behalf of a Spanish vendor. This is great when you don’t speak a foreign language.
